Customers who make a minimum purchase of $200 (maximum 2 same-day receipts) at any BHG store in Singapore are eligible to apply for the BHG Rewards Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”). Card membership is open to all customers aged 18 and above. Membership shall be accepted at the sole and absolute discretion of BHG.


    i) Application for the Card can be made at any BHG store in Singapore. Upon acceptance of the application, a membership number and a membership Card will be issued to the Card member.

    ii) The Card has to be activated online at www.bhgsingapore.com.sg by submitting membership personal data before points can be redeemed.

    iii) The Card member’s use of the Card shall constitute confirmation and acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the use of the Card (see Clause 5).


    The Card is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue (the “validity period”). The Card will be renewed for a period of one (1) year if the Card Member spends a total of $500 (within the membership year) failing which the Card will become invalid upon its expiry.


    1 point is earned for every $1 nett amount spent (excludes GST) upon presentation of the Card at the cashier before payment.

    Points are earned based on the total nett amount (excludes GST), rounded to the nearest dollar spent in a single transaction. A minimum purchase of $1 is required before any points are issued.

    Points can be redeemed for vouchers at BHG Customer Service located at any of the BHG stores in Singapore in the manner set out below.

    250 points = BHG $10
    500 points = BHG $25
    750 points = BHG $45
    1000 points = BHG $70


    A Card member shall be eligible to redeem the accumulated points upon presentation of an activated Card within the validity period (see Appendix 1 for explanation) subject to the following terms and conditions:-

    a) Card members may redeem their points only during the effective “Redemption Period” with points that have been accrued in the preceding six-month “Earn Period”.

    b) As no cash value is endowed upon the points, it shall be understood that the points cannot be converted into cash or any other forms of money.

    c) The Card is intended for individual and/or personal use of the Card member and not for corporate use. Corporations, partnerships and other entities are not eligible to participate. Each Card member may only hold one Card and the Cards may not be held jointly.

    d) The Card is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by each Card member to whom the Card is issued to. Card members must produce identification as and when required.

    e) The Card is issued by and remains the property of BHG (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“BHG”). The Card member must immediately return the Card upon the request by BHG which BHG may make at any time in its absolute discretion.

    f) BHG reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify, amend or vary the terms and conditions herein from time to time and the Card member shall be bound by such amendments and variations or additions to these terms and conditions. BHG is entitled at any time in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason or notice to suspend or withdraw the Card privileges and benefits or to terminate the Card program or withdraw or cancel or invalidate any points already earned or accumulated in respect of the Card, whether specifically relating to a Card member or generally to all or specific Card members. BHG shall use reasonable efforts to notify Card members of any material changes. Where possible, any amendment of the terms and conditions herein shall be posted on this website at any time without prior notice to the Card member or through the Card member newsletters, e-news or other media.

    g) The Card members’ use of the Card membership number/Card shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein and the Card member shall be legally bound by them.

    h) BHG shall not be responsible for any errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors, malfunction of any machine or electronic system or failures or fraud.

    i) BHG may at its absolute discretion and at any time, without giving reason or prior notice, suspend the calculation and accrual of points, rectify any error in any calculation and make any adjustments to such calculations as it deems fit.

    j) BHG shall not be liable for any errors or omissions within these terms and conditions. BHG reserves the right to final interpretation of these terms and conditions.

    k) In case of a dispute, the decision of BHG shall be final and binding.

    l) Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions herein, BHG shall not be liable to the Card member under any circumstances for any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature that may be suffered or incurred by the Card member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Card, including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, any repossession of the Card or any request for its return; any defect, damage or loss of the Card or any inability to retrieve any data or information which may be stored in the Card howsoever caused.

    m) In the event of any breach of the terms and conditions contained herein or negligent or fraudulent misuse of the Card in any way, BHG reserves the right to terminate the Card membership and repossess the Card without assigning any reasons whatsoever and cancel all accumulated points in respect of the Card without prejudice to any of BHG’s rights and remedies.

    n) The Card member shall fully indemnify BHG and hold BHG harmless against any loss, damage, liability, cost and expense (including legal costs incurred on an indemnity basis) which BHG may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with the Card member’s breach of any of the terms and conditions herein relating to and governing the use of the Card.


    Please refer to the notices (mailers, SMS, eDMs etc) for any promotional activities or programmes in relation to the Card.


    Loss/Stolen Card

    In instances of loss of or stolen Card, the affected Card member must report the loss through the helpdesk at www.bhgsingapore.com.sg. The affected Card member’s account will be suspended for case processing.

    When the loss report is confirmed, the affected Card member shall pay a replacement fee of S$5.00 for the issuance of a new Card at any BHG Customer Service located at any of the BHG stores in Singapore.

    Online activation of the new Card is required before the points from the lost Card can be transferred to the replacement Card.

    BHG shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen Cards. The Card members are solely responsible for any loss incurred if they fail to report their Card loss.

    The validity period for the points transferred from the original Card to the new one remains the same as has been designated to the Card member in the original Card.

    Damaged Card

    The Card member can apply at any BHG store to have a damaged or defective Card replaced. BHG may charge a fee for the replacement of the Card. This fee shall be waived if the Card is unusable due to manufacturing defects at the sole discretion of BHG. Damaged Cards must be returned to BHG.

    1. The Card member confirms that the information submitted online and/or through the customer service is true and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge. The Card member further authorizes BHG (Singapore) Pte Ltd and its affiliated companies to seek verification of any such information from him/her or other relevant organization.

    2. The Card member agrees that his/her personal information may be collected, processed, transmitted and applied by BHG and its affiliated companies or other appointed companies for business or other purposes permitted by law (including business administration researches or advertising and marketing or promotional schemes carried out by BHG and its affiliated companies.

Appendix 1


Points earned in “Earn Period 1” can only be redeemed in “Redemption Period 1”.

Points earned in “Earn Period 2” can only be redeemed in “Redemption Period 2” etc


The time frame of the current “Redemption Period” will always coincide with the next “Earn Period” (i.e. time frame of Redemption Period 1 = time frame of Earn Period 2). Please note that these 2 categories are distinct from each other.
